Nick Boettcher & Paige DeChausse met in 2011 in Chicago. The two instantly connected over old soul songs and joined forces to develop their blues, roots-rock band, Paige & The Reverent Few. After 2 1/2 years of touring the Midwest with their full band, the two moved to Austin to be closer to Nick’s ailing father and immediately immersed themselves into the Austin music scene.
DeChausse’s sweet sultry vocals, Boettchers bluesy guitar styling’s, paired with collective intricate harmonies and arrangements, the two naturally approach music with an honest and soulful sound. Their influences span from John Prine & Dylan to the sounds of Chess Records, Little Milton, The Band, & Gillian Welch and David Rawlings.
Nick & Paige independently released their first self-titled EP in the winter of 2013.
