MEGAN LEVERING

Megan Levering is a singer/songwriter from Sugar Land, TX. She became interested in music at age 13 when her mother asked her to learn to plan an instrument. Megan chose guitar and soon began taking lessons from a gifted teacher who was to become her mentor – Chad Martin. Through guitar and her God-given creativity, Megan began to express her thoughts and heart through songwriting. A prolific songwriter, Megan makes it her goal to write a new song every day. She enjoys spending time playing her guitar, singing, and composing but also loves to do covers.

Through Chad Martin, Megan was introduced to producer Chris Cullins (ChrisCullinsMusic.com) and was soon recording her first EP, “Megan Levering,” which was released in November of 2011. The next year, Megan and Chris hit the studio again, this time producing a full-length CD entitiled “Pieces of My Heart,” released in January, 2013. Megan is excited about her new songs because they take a whole new approach to her songwriting, showcasing a greater maturity and passion. Both of Megan’s albums are available on ITunes and all other major digital distributors. Also, keep up with Megan’s songwriting on YouTube where she often posts songs that haven’t gone to production.
