Established 2005, Wellborn Road has carved its name as one of the heavy weights in the Texas hard rock and metal scene. The band was formed in College Station, Texas. Their debut album “Home” proved to be an uncompromised, raw, and unique record. The band is currently jamming everywhere possible and working on their sophomore album.
HellSouth is a Houston metal band with influences from country, blues and rock bringing in an eclectic sound to their music.
Saint Carmen is a hard rock band with a modern sound and face-melting intensity; A new breed of ‘mainstream’ rock that knows no limits. Things started kicking off when the band found it’s current line-up in September 2012. With Avery Krueger on lead vocals/guitar, Dylan Cash shredding out the lead guitar, Buck Blackerby on bass, and Jake Bellamy smashing the skins and singing the back-up, Saint Carmen was built on a recipe for a hellacious wall of rockin’ sound.
Downfall Rising is a female fronted modern rock band hailing from east Texas. The bands vocalist, Rachel Peloquin has been referred to as possibly having “the most powerful voice in Rock music today” by the Indie Music Review. The band also consists of guitarists Aaron Hillin, and Greg Wenrich, Stephen Rushing on bass and Tyler Lewing on drums.
Downfall Rising’s sound is instantly recognizable and their music combines pure, genuine emotion with attitude, pain and pleasure. The band instantly got the attention of 8 time Grammy award winner, Bil VornDick who signed on to produce their first self-titled EP released in March of 2013.
Downfall Rising is quickly taking the south by surprise. Their “spot on” live performances are earning them a loyal fan base and garnering the attention of local media everywhere they perform. The band has been sharing the stage with national acts and rocking prominent venues such as the House Of Blues and various festivals.
The band recently performed at the Dallas stop of the “Making Of Rockstars” reality TV show series with Machina (featuring former members of Evanescence) and they currently have 3 singles receiving airplay in various radio markets around the US.
Downfall Rising recently re-entered the studio to begin recording their second EP with Charlie Ray of Digital Services. A live video and concept video is also in the works as the band continues to play shows throughout the region.
